...my closet...finally!
My closet...overflowing with clothes that I do not wear or CANNOT wear....I took out everything...tried on every pair of pants in my closet...would you believe I was still holding on to my size 2 and 4 pants? haha! I know...wishful thinking...or is it in denial? well, a few years back, my goal was to fit in those again...hehe.....Anyway, those clothes are now inside a box that will be kept in the bodega...not for garage sale yet...still hoping that one of these days, when I am into boxing more often..joining aerobics in the office...or simply, when I finally decide to change my lifestyle...maybe I can bring them out again....
now, I have so much space in my closet....well, looking at the clothes hanging...I realized, those are the ONLY clothes I keep wearing! haha! My hubby can count the number of times I wear a favorite shirt or pants in a week! No...it's not an excuse to go shopping for bigger sizes...I have to lose weight....period...

Stress...
It's 4 o'clock in the morning. This is the 2nd time this week I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't go back to sleep. I did try to close my eyes again...but after an hour, I gave up....I checked my very unorganized desk for something to do. After issuing a couple of checks for utilities and filing some papers, I am now in the bathroom....with my laptop...trying to think of something to do. STRESS is all over my body again....and I am counting the days 'til this is over....

Happy Halloween!
Happy Halloween to all!
Trick or treating was in La Vista Subdivision again. It was hot and humid even at 5pm...too hot for our US bought costumes, that is! haha!
Compared to last year, there were only a few houses that gave out candies and goodies. The bigger kids, were not that happy...maybe coz of the heat or maybe they were too old to be trick or treating already. They wanted to go home after a few houses, and it was just funny to hear the Moms begging the kids to go down to a few more houses. All the kids costumes were either partially home made, or repeat costumes! Robyn wore Reese's ladybug costume when she was in pre-school, Riley and Rielle wore their costumes from last year, Reese wore her costume from 2 years ago.
Robyn helping stuff the loot bags for the trick or treaters in Apitong! ok....it's just an ice candy plastic bag! haha! para lang organized! hehe!
Red Power Ranger Riley!
Mrs. Potts Reese
Ladybug Robyn- colorblind yata si yaya - navy blue shoes? haha!
Vampire Rielle - not in a very happy mood since she couldn't find her cape!
The gang! Tired and can't wait to go home!
The girls team! Look how serious they are!
The lootbags from Lolo Boy and Mamalyn!

The highlight of the day was Papa Japa's Amazing Race. The group was divided into 2 - girls versus boys! They had alot of fun searching for clues around the house...The girls being so hyper and stressed out...while the boys were more relaxed and were just having fun! In the end, the boys won coz the girls were disqualified! hehe!

Phoot Shoot Day 2
Our photo shoot productivity will depend on the baby's mood, of course...and today, she wasn 't in a very good one. She had an hour of nap after going shopping with Daddy Dic and Mamalyn ...so we ended the shoot early...well...we started late also, so it got dark fast.....maybe tomorrow we can get better shots....

Photoshoot
Finally, was able to drag my kids outside for some photo shoot! hehe! Ate Rona had been reminding me forever to ready the kids...but I've been delaying it...hehe...It was an impromptu photo session...one minute I was checking the garden..the next minute, I was asking them to bring out the bench for the photo shoot....
This is session 1...or shall I say session red of our photo shoot! It was almost 5pm...I had a few minutes to take advantage of the natural lighting outside. I am hoping to finish the photo shoots before November 2 since Dic will be leaving for the States then...
Here are samples of our session 1....

I'm pretty satisfied with the pictures...out of 90 pictures, I can probably use 5...hahaha! not bad, i think....

back from China...
Just came home from our mini-honeymoon to celebrate our 12th year wedding anniversary! :D It was a business trip for Dic actually...i just tagged along...hehe....so while he was meeting with different suppliers for 1 1/2 days, I was with Fong. I originally wanted to just stay in the room or just walk around Nanjing Road by myself, i wasn't in my talkative mood...hehe...but Junie and Fong insisted...so, Fong and I had a date.
Fong picked me up around 10am. We spent 5 hours walking around Yuyuan Garden, the Temple and some high-end store. She was kinda surprised I guess that we didn't end up with alot of shopping bags...hehe....After awhile, we decided it was time for a foot massage! So, Fong brought me to her suki and we both had the best 90 minute foot massage ever!!!ahhhhh.....
Our last 2 days together was spent eating and shopping....well...window shopping was the better term...everything there was expensive! Either expensive or ala-tiangge in greenhills type of goods...so I decided to hold off on the shopping and just eat! haha!
Some of the yummy-worth-coming-back treats we tried....
Junie's all time favorite fried Xiao Long Pao...yes, fried..and it was delish!

The next was this restaurant that sells diff kinds of xiao long pao...plain pork, with crab roe, with crab meat. no rice or any other dish being served but xiao long pao....I think I ate 18 pcs! hehe! You can actually see the kitchen where they are making them from a glass window. 5 people in all in their production line...1 who cuts the dough, 1 who flattens the dough, 1 puts the filling, 1 seals the dough, 1 just arranges it in the steaming thing.

I definitely LOVE shanghai....and would love to plan another trip there....
